We Must Reclaim the Power of the Word @Peta_de_Aztlan

Reclaim Power of Word

As humane beings we must reclaim the power of the word from the dark evil forces of Amerikan fascism and its mass reactionary propaganda machine. Be bold, have courage and share your truths as you know them. Remember after 911 when Fuhrer Bush launched his "war on terror"? How do we wipe out terror, fear or evil?

Nowadays we have both POTUS Obama and Colonel Ghadaffy talking about the threat of Al-Qaeda in the Middle East; instilling a fear of the invisible Al-Qaeda network of terrorists in us and a fear of terrorism in general. Where did this fear come from? Remember the USA invaded Iraq under false pretenses with the Nazi-like Big Lie! The power of the word 'terror' is in our vocabulary today to stay.

The power of Amerikan fascism controls corporate media, all dominant media sources and the minds of the Amerikan masses as it shapes and sculptures so-called 'public opinion". Does the government choose who our friends are and who are our enemies? Comprehend that we are already living under a very mature, scientific and sophisticated fascism. It knows very well the power of the word, the power of mass psychology and the power of mass psychological warfare.

Fascism works by instilling fear in all who dare to oppose its being 'in power and secure'. It has no need to engage in mass murder and mayhem so long as the masses are already frozen by fear. Fear is the primary factor that stands in the way of our believing we have the potential power to transform our collective situation once we decide to unite together. Fear keeps us from accepting the truth about the connected reality of our general situation in all its complexity, fear stops us from challenging government explanations about what is going on in the world and fear prevents us from believing in our capacity to change it! Fear is a great enemy of the truth.

There can be valid reasons for having fear. Fear can be a natural self-defense mechanism. There is the great fear of death. No rational being will lightly throw his or her life away. No rational being will dedicate their life to bringing about a relevant revolution that seems to be impossible. Fear can prevent us from ever taking risks, from taking the lead, from testing the borders of our potential.

The masses need to have a strong personal conviction about the necessity and possibility of a valid revolution in our lifetime. As we have seen with the relatively peaceful revolution in Egypt, the power of the masses who overcome the barrier of fear against a repressive regime can manufacture subjective conditions for a real revolutionary situation. We must believe we can manufacture a relevant revolution united together as one people.

We should always seek to bring about a peaceful revolution in a given set of social circumstances. We do not want a violent revolution with all of its negatives and resentments that can last for generations. We want to help bring about a peaceful revolution as far as possible. We should earnestly seek to exhaust all legitimate and peaceful methods of struggle before we take it to the graveyard.

We have barely begun to scratch the surface of what we can do when we use our fertile imagination, including Internet Power, in order to help us raise mass consciousness about the validity of engaging in a true revolutionary process whose central aim is the seizure of state power. The USA is now an illegitimate rouge regime that protects the Amerikan Empire as it body slams us further into a huge U.S. debt into the trillions.

If we are to try our best to create a peaceful revolution we will have to use the power of the word in order to educate, convince and reach out to the masses and ~more importantly, to listen well to the masses. We need to better learn what are the true interests and deep desires of the masses. Ultimately the creative mass genius of the masses of the people is the true genius in human history, not any mere mortal great leader or vanguard party alone.

In order to reach out to the masses we must utilize the power of the word in our mass communications. We must establish our own definitions for words, not automatically accept the self-serving definitions of our enemies. We cannot be stuck on any lexical dictionaries for certain key words that can be shaded by one's personal prejudices, subjective opinions, force of habit and lifelong usage.

Written or spoken words are symbols or sounds that we understand as having the same meaning by mutual agreement in terms of general definitions. We agree that certain words mean certain things. Words can easily have different definitions to different people and even have different meanings to the same people in different situations. We usually take many of these matters about the power of the word for granted without stopping to think about them more clearly and deeply.

Words can be used to unite people and words can be used to divide people. A single word in a given situation can mean life or death to one whose life is at stake. Is the defendant Guilty or Not Guilty?

Proverbs 18:21 "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."

Let us be conscious of the words we are using, make sure we have the same mutual general definitions for key words. Let us take the time to discuss our definitions, to explain our terminology. When appropriate take the time to share stipulative definitions for certain words. A stipulative definition is when we declare that a given word has a certain meaning we give to it. Many of us argue and misunderstand each other because we are actually operating with different definitions for the same words.

Psalm 119:130 "The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple."

Awaken America! Awaken all masses of Mother Earth! We must reclaim the power of the word. Let us have the courage to use the power of the word to help empower the masses. Let us use all the words we need to use in order to fully communicate our thoughts, to express our feelings and to boldly exercise our humane right to freedom of speech.

First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
