You have been selected to to be a witness. I am getting hit in the eyes by harmful electromagnetic energy which has caused great pain due to the burning. To date I have not been able to block this energy. If it means moving that will be location # 4 not counting hotels where I also have been hit in NH, MA and NC. Coincidently the night I was getting hit with pain causing directed energy there happened to be a police sargeant coincedntly watching a TV show in the lobby. Coincidently after sitting down and telling him all the bs I have been through for the past 20 months... coincidently the directed energy was gone when i returned to my room. I am sure it was all just a coincidence that after traveling in business 28 years that was the first time I ever saw a policeman watching tv at 11 pm in any of the many hotels i stayed at travelling heavy those years. He was also honest in that he said he knew "some" of what DEW is,and that they use it.
The directed is hitting the eyes- causing damage. You are a witness. I am number 302 on the list. I now live in SC but was hit for hundreds of days in CA ( had to have a lesion froze off my head) and never had to prior. Prior to that in NH-- the DEW was at record highs for me. The Sheriff in San Diego said "we get lots of complaints about this but there is nothing we can do about it. " The reality is that DEW is being used on people not charged with any crime and like the officer in NC-- they know all about it. So the question becomes does one be tortured to death or not or tortured to being maimed? The US Gov't petitioned at every agency one can name -- has been absolutely no help, offering no hope because for the most part this is sanctioned by the same Government.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you - "THE SELECTED WITNESSES" - TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-
A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.
B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.
C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply - in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.
Later these records should become an information source - such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.
As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems - so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. I was blinded in my right eye by the perps. It happened in May 2010. They took advantage of my being asleep at night. They targeted my eye with 1000x the power they normally use to hit me with pains. (They bragged about this). This new powerful intensity of pain has been since used to hit my heart and tissue surrounding my heart and then, later, just about everywhere else.
Anyway, I was aware my eyes were being targeted prior to the night they blinded me.
I kept moving away from the area when I felt the tiny pinpricks of pain hitting my eye from aircraft. I would quickly turn my head to avoid the attack. This worked until the night they intensified the pain. Apparently, it takes some time to target this portion of the body. I was told to NOT EVER look up into the sky, as they were trying to target my eyes. I tried not to, but somehow, they got my eyes into their target area and that night they took advantage of my motionless sleeping body and programmed this attack.
I woke up screaming in pain with my eye burning up. I sat up and the blood filled my vision and my vision was gone. At my ophthalmologist the next morning, he said that they cannot see a cause for the bleeding (inside of my retina) since the blood was in the way, and that I should wait until my eye cleared. The blood didn't drain away. The doctor made me wait 3 months. No change. No vision. After four months, he sent me to a eye surgeon who performed a vitrectomy. They went in with a small tube to the center of my eyeball and removed the vitreous. It was extraordinarily painful and very expensive. My eyesight was restored. It was 5 1/2 months after being blinded, but at least I can see now. I want to murder the perp who did this.
Ever since then, they target my eyes continually, but with a much weaker signal. I am worried about long-term damage, but I can't seem to do anything about it, as could any other TI. My advice is to protect your eyes as much as possible and shield them with anything you can at night. I am rather fond of my huge, heavy, gigantic pot roast pan I bought at Smart 'N 'Final and wear over my head at night. It also helps protect my little old brain cells, too.

Hi,I have been burned behind my eyes by electromagnetic frequencies, had itching inside of my eyes and stinging that has caused my eyes to close as I have been made to black out. My family and friends have noticed a blue circle around each of the pupils of my eyes. Has anyone had this problem? My eyes are brown (as I am a black woman and this is a very common color for our eyes), however I have now developed light blue circles around the pupils of each of my eyes though my eyes feel the same and I am experiencing no pain.I researched the problem regarding my eyes on the internet and I found the following info.:The eye is a very delicate part of the body and it should be safeguarded to the best possible extent. If you notice a colored circle around the pupil of the eye, then it is definitely not a normal thing. It actually signifies the rarest eye disorder to be found. Since it is a rare disorder, there is no cure too. It is not exactly a disease. Instead you can call is a medical condition.Several times this type of ring is not easily recognized when people look into bright light. In case you have been seeing an abnormal circle around the pupil, then you should immediately contact an eye specialist or a doctor. Even the DNA in your body can be tested to find abnormalities. The reason could be anything from a serious disorder to a grave one.
It could be Wilson's disease which is a rare genetic disorder and is caused because the body is prevented from excreting copper and the mineral is retained by the body.
The possible reasons could also be heterochromia. It is a genetic condition where the color of the pupil is naturally different than the normal pupil. This kind of coloration is also seen in the hair. It is most apparent in the eyes.
Wilson's disease though being a genetic disorder has some kind of treatment available. However if it is naturally occurring condition then one cannot do much. However it is always better to get the cause checked. Sometime it can be an underlying eye problem too.
