Comunidades Uniéndose a La Resistencia Communities Uniting To Resist Please join us for this week's events and actions against the impending SB 1070.  All events are non-violent and family-friendly. Tuesday, July 27th: SIGN-MAKING PARTY AT ARMORY PARK! (1550 S. 5th Avenue) BRING MATERIALS! Donations needed for the all-night vigil on July 28th and all-day presence at the State Building on July 29th: Food: burritos, tacos, sandwiches, pan dulce, chips (no Frito Lay!), nuts, fruit, cookies, dried fruit, water Candles: bring candles or battery powered lights to share or donate Put a light in your window for justice on the evening of July 28th to burn all night Call out to spoken word artists, musicians, and everyone wanting to share their talents There is need for a snare drum and 2 bass drums. If you have one or all of these that you are willing to share, please contact Frida at: aprpeace@hotmail.com Donations can be brought to the Derechos Humanos office (631 S. 6th Avenue) or to the State Building on the day of the event. ¡YA BASTA!
