March 22, 2006, Thursday~Don Al Rojas gave a strong speech at the Sacramento City College Campus this afternoon before a small gathering of students.
He spoke on the rights of workers, immgrant rights and people coming together in unity against the 'multi-national' corporations, to oppose the Iraq War and covered a lot of important ground for people to be aware about and get involved!
Plus, to remind people to come out for the Cesar Chavez March this Saturday from West Sac, across Tower Bridge and to gather at Cesar Chavez Plaza in Downtown Sacramento.
I wish I would of had a tape recorder and the Movimiento has to learn to use various multi-media to record all these historical gatherings. ~ Peta
