FYI: Webshots Photos and Other Related Matters: Peta de Aztlan

01-02-06 Hola All and I Hope You are All Having A Happy New Year, Staying Safe and Drinking Responsibly!

The Humane-Rights-Agenda and Talking-Circle are the two main Yahoo Groups for which I am the Moderator, along with Shelita and Cactus Cougar, but this will go out to others.

I believe that we share with others via the Internet because we care about others and share through posting News Articles, Comments and our Opinions about social issues and sometimes personal matters.

Remember the process of cognition: perception, conception & forward action!

We have five general sense-organs: sight, hearing, smelling, taste and touch. Any sixth-sense may be the cumulnation of us using our primary sense organs well, then, there are sources best left unsaid for now. We who have the luxury of being online mainly communicate via Email posts through text {whether HTML or Plain}.

However, words on a computer screen leave much to be desired as they cannot convey our emotions, feelings and temperments, thus, we might receive an Email Post in the wrong spirit of the Letter, misunderstand each other and even get defensive resentments.

It is still a truism that actions speak louder than words, yet, it
is through words that we can reason together, penetrate consciousness and elevate our general knowledge.

In fact, the Internet has been able to revitalize the almsot lost art of letter writing. I remember mi Abuela, Lupe Fernandez, who was a Red Cross Nurse for Pancho Villa's soldiers {where she met my Abuelo}, use to write with beautful flourish handwriting in Spansih like she was sculpturing without the slightest extra effort! She was a graceful grandmother who passed down a few stories to me via an Interpreter. I am ashamed to admit that I am not fluent in Spanish but I ain't bad with Inglish!

We should never forget to write to our comrades in prison and help combat the mean isolation that the prison keepers love to cultivate among their captors.

So we do what we can with what we have and make the best of it. I wish all of our brothers and sisters in Amerika's prisons were able to have Internet Access! What writings we would be reading!!!!!

On the Internet, we also use pictures in our posts at times, including postcards. One of the most beautiful is Postcards of the Native American Spirit~ http://www.spiritscents.com/postcard.html

Yet at times I have also used Webshots, which has some cool features, though, I have not used it for awhile. I have some actual online albums of pictures on Webshots which are located on the Internet @

Tonight I checked My Albums on Webshots and for the 2nd Time I have noticed that My Iragnam Album has been deleted by Webshots. I had some heavy pictures that kind of spoke many words about the USA Insanity in Iraq that I have collected for a long time, but I still have them in My Pictures in my hard drive.
As you can see My Webshots have gotten thousands of views.
My former Iraq-nam pictures will be back!!! Even if they delete my account. There are more ways than one to skin a pig!

Nowadays, there is the growing phenomena on the Internet of Blogs, which some may find intimidating or too technical, but many regular folks have their own blogs so marshal the base
fundamentals and get one of your own going!

We can make key comments on the blogs of other people's blogs, especially if we have somethng to contribute to the open discussion.

Check some key blogs out, compose a comment in a document, then, post it onto the blog, this way if you lose it trying to send you still have it in your document. Be clever, concise and to the point. Sometimes a few well thought out words says more than many thoughtless ramblings.

Remember: sharing is caring and conversely not sharng is not caring. Each of us has our own truth and when we share our own thoughts our minds are on parade, but we can learn from the advice, feedback and even the caring critcism of others.
